All ingredients are carefully selected and the Birchwood is chopped with the pine needles. Filtered with North Sea water for smoothness and depth.
After infusing and filtering, Birchwood gin it gets its rich and jade-silver color. With every batch, we produce 400 marked bottles which are filled, labelled and packed by hand.
